Clayton County had 205 single-family home sales in June. The average current listing price is $317,855 and the average sold price was $270,257. The average days on market (DOM) was 41. At this very moment, Clayton has 388 homes on the market. In addition, there are 171 homes that currently have contracts. Out of the homes that sold, the lowest list price was $85K and the highest sold price was $790K. Out of the homes that are currently listed, the lowest list price is $79K and the highest is $7M.
Henry County had 305 single-family home sales in June. The average current listing price is $448,789 and the average sold price was $382,834. The average days on market (DOM) was 33. DOM reduced just slightly from April. At this very moment, Henry has 663 homes on the market. In addition, there are 266 homes that currently have contracts. Looking at the homes that sold, the lowest listing was at $110K and the highest was $1.925M. The lowest listing of the active homes is $74K and the highest is listed at $3.4M.
East Point had 23 single-family home sales in June. The average current listing price is $354,947 and the average sold price was $290,070. The average days on market (DOM) was 26. This is a drop of 20 day from April. At this very moment, East Point has 87 homes on the market. In addition, there are 24 homes that currently have contracts.
College Park had 18 single-family home sales in June. The average current listing price is $432,195 and the average sold price was $400,886. The average days on market (DOM) was 19. This is a decent drop from 56 in April. At this very moment, College Park has 45 homes on the market. In addition, there are 17 homes that currently have contracts. The highest currently listed property in College Park is $1,692,900.
Hapeville had 3 single-family home sales in June. The average current listing price is $364,770 and the average sold price was $456,068. The average days on market (DOM) was 2. DOM drastically decreased from 34 in April. At this very moment, Hapeville has 22 homes on the market. There are 3 homes that currently have contracts.
