Clayton County had 159 single-family home sales in July. Down from 205 in June. The average current listing price is $315.007 and the average sold price was $267,047. The average days on market (DOM) was 39. At this very moment, Clayton has 444 homes on the market. In addition, there are 159 homes that currently have contracts. Out of the homes that sold, the highest sold price was $1.2M. Out of the homes that are currently listed, the highest is $7M.
Henry County had 279 single-family home sales in July. Down for 305 in June The average current listing price is $447,429 and the average sold price was $379,521. The average days on market (DOM) was 36. At this very moment, Henry has 757 homes on the market. This is an increase from 663 in June. In addition, there are 236 homes that currently have contracts. Looking at the homes that sold, the highest was $2.4M. The highest listing of the active homes is listed at $3.9M.
East Point had 36 single-family home sales in July. The average current listing price is $362,074 and the average sold price was $273,112. The average days on market (DOM) was 38. This is a slight increase from 38 in June. At this very moment, East Point has 89 homes on the market. In addition, there are 19 homes that currently have contracts. The highest sold property was listed at $385K. The highest current active property is listed at $779,999.
College Park had 20 single-family home sales in July. The average current listing price is $440,271 and the average sold price was $338,131. The average sold price in June was $400,886. The average days on market (DOM) was 36. At this very moment, College Park has 56 homes on the market. In addition, there are 8 homes that currently have contracts. The highest currently listed property in College Park is $1,692,900.
Hapeville had 3 single-family home sales in July. The average current listing price is $388,712 and the average sold price was $319,133. June’s average sales price was $456,068. The average days on market (DOM) was 45. DOM drastically increased from 2 in June. At this very moment, Hapeville has 20 homes on the market. There are 4 homes that currently have contracts.
