April SFR Housing Market Update for Clayton County, Henry County, & Tri-Cities | South Atlanta Moms

Clayton County had 202 single-family home sales in April. This is a slight decrease from last month of 218. The average current listing price is $327,727 and the average sold price was $263,516. The average days on market (DOM) was 34. DOM stayed the same as March.  At this very moment, Clayton has 381 homes on the market.  In addition, there are 150 homes that currently have contracts.

Henry County had 305 single-family home sales in April. There were 30 more sales in April than March. The average current listing price is $435,472 and the average sold price was $363,436. The average days on market (DOM) was 46.  DOM increased just slightly from March. At this very moment, Henry has 661 homes on the market.  In addition, there are 229 homes that currently have contracts.

East Point had 25 single-family home sales in April. The average current listing price is $326,636 and the average sold price was $272,185. The average days on market (DOM) was 46.  DOM reduced slightly. At this very moment, East Point has 81 homes on the market.  In addition, there are 14 homes that currently have contracts.

College Park had 12 single-family home sales in April. This is a reduction of 10 homes sold in March. The average current listing price is $435,887 and the average sold price was $254,708. The average days on market (DOM) was 56.  At this very moment, College Park has 43 homes on the market.  In addition, there are 14 homes that currently have contracts.

 

Hapeville had 2 single-family home sales in April. The average current listing price is $347,499 and the average sold price was $271,667.  The average days on market (DOM) was 34. DOM drastically decreased from 65 in March.  At this very moment, Hapeville has 18 homes on the market.  There are 3 homes that currently have contracts
